iPad? iPhone? Tv? Ok, so those may be taboo words to some parents, but not to me. I happen to think they are amazing tools for learning and exploration. I am blown away by what the kids are able to do with touchscreen technology (scary that they try to swipe my laptop screen). Our daughter could trace all the letters in the alphabet before she was 2–thanks to Elmo Hearts ABCs app, my personal fave. The Sesame Street playlists on YouTube are also a must – if you haven’t seen Elmo and Ricky Gervais’s Celebrity Lullaby skit check it out, I still can’t stop laughing.
