my sister-in-law is the scrap book queen… everything her 4 kids have done has been documented into beautifully bound books.
i’ve always admired the sentiment, but knew logistically this wasn’t an option for me.
all i can say is thank god for tumblr, more specifically the tumblr app. i have been blogging the lives of the kids since they were born… there is an image capturing almost every moment on their own personal blogs. we share the link only with friends and family and everyone is up to date on their lives— their first steps… the first time they said mama… there is even a video of the little lady’s first giggle.
for all the super busy moms out there it is an absolute must.

the tumblr app makes it so easy… here are 3 starter tips:
1. pick a simple template – hint: Minimalist template is clean & chic
2. don’t be too precious with your photos, just post. any image, any video, even lines of text
3. i keep these off of the social sphere… this is for select viewers only, aka family and friends who want to know all the nitty gritty details

ps. yes, this means I am currently running 3 blogs along with the rest of crazy life. i like to call myself an overachieving multi-tasker.
